Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts to the International Conference on Intelligent Computing, Data Processing and Networking Systems (ICDPNS 2026) through the official Microsoft CMT submission system.

Submission Guidelines
  • The manuscript must fall within the scope and thematic areas of the conference. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to determine suitability before review.
  • Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple conferences or journals is not permitted.
  • Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should be written in English and prepared in the prescribed single-column conference format.
  • Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
  • All papers will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration in order to submit the final camera-ready version.
  • Final accepted papers must comply with camera-ready submission and copyright requirements as communicated after acceptance.
Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts will be checked using a licensed plagiarism detection tool such as iThenticate. Papers with a similarity index above the permitted threshold may be rejected without being sent for formal review.

  • Maximum overall similarity permitted: 15% (excluding bibliography and properly quoted content).
  • Similarity from a single source should normally remain below 3%.
  • Authors must ensure that all submitted work is original and ethically prepared.
  • Any manuscript with unacceptable similarity at any stage of review may be rejected.
Policy on AI-Generated Content

If artificial intelligence tools are used in any part of the manuscript, including text, figures, images, or code, such use must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript. The disclosure should identify the AI system used and specify the sections where AI-assisted content has been utilized.

Failure to disclose AI-generated or AI-assisted content appropriately may lead to rejection without reviewer comments.

Peer Review Policy
  • The conference follows a single-blind peer review process.
  • Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts.
  • A maximum of five papers may be assigned to one reviewer.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance, significance, clarity, and presentation.
  • The review process will be conducted by national and international experts from relevant domains.

Reviewer Guidance

Reviewers may provide suggestions in three parts:

  • Mandatory changes or corrections
  • Possible modifications for improvement
  • Suggestions for future extension of the work

Role of the reviewers includes:

  • Maintaining a strict and rigorous evaluation process
  • Identifying gaps, weaknesses, and areas needing clarification or validation
  • Providing constructive suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring no compromise in novelty, significance, clarity, relevance, or repeatability

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Agreement accepted
