Single Paper – Indian Author (Academia: Professor / Faculty) INR 12,000/- Register
Single Paper – Indian Author (Industry) INR 13,000/- Register
Single Paper – Author from Outside India USD 300/- Register
Registration Notes
  • All registrations include access to technical sessions and e-proceedings.
  • At least one author must register for each accepted paper.
  • A paper will be processed for final inclusion only after full registration is completed.
  • No refund will be applicable after acceptance and registration.
  • Publication is subject to quality checks and publisher review requirements.
  • Offline participation arrangements such as travel and accommodation must be managed by participants.
  • Conference hospitality for the in-person event will be as notified by the organizers.
Registration Policy

Refund & Cancellation: Conference registration fees are non-refundable. All rights are reserved by the Conference Secretariat.

Payment Policy: Payments must be completed in INR or USD, as applicable. Registration will be confirmed only after successful full payment through the approved online payment mode.

Terms & Conditions: Registration must be completed within the prescribed deadline. Terms may be revised in accordance with administrative requirements, regulations, or official updates.

Privacy Policy: Photography and videography may be carried out during the conference. By attending the event, participants grant permission for the use of such media for conference and promotional purposes.

Publication Policy: Publication in the proposed proceedings or publisher platform is subject to technical quality, editorial screening, and publisher approval. Indexing is determined independently by the relevant indexing agencies.

Important Information
  • Registration is mandatory for all accepted papers.
  • One full registration covers one accepted paper unless otherwise notified by the conference.
  • Co-authors and accompanying participants may require separate registration where applicable.
  • Please retain proof of payment and registration confirmation for future reference.
